When I was 15 I went to Knott's Berry Farm. I lived nearby so we actually went pretty often but this time was different.

It was a weekday and the entire park was basically empty. The new "boomerang" ride just opened the weekend before. We rode it and thought it was pretty sweet. We got off, ran back to the front of the line and got back on. This continued for about 30 minutes and probably around 5 rides. Still thinking it was great fun we kept doing it for another 5 rides. One hour and 10 rides later my world was spinning, my lunch ended up on the pavement. I slept in the grass under a tree for a while. My friends were fine.

From then on I've stuck to ferris wheels only.
